Policies

Late Pick-up Fee
There is a $25.00 per child fee for every 15 minute period (or any part thereof) after 6:00 p.m.

Discounts Granted

  • 10% 2nd child discount
  • 20% 3rd child discount

Delinquent Payment Fees

  • Payments delinquent over 1 week $ 25.00
  • NSF checks $ 40.00
  • Schedule Change (1 change without charge) $ 25.00 per change

Registration Fee
A $100.00 ($150.00 per family) non-refundable registration fee is due at the time of registration for all students. This must be paid in advance to secure a position.

Payment Procedure

  • Payment is due the first day of attendance each week.

Vacation Allowance

  • 2 weeks each fall session with written notification 2 weeks in advance.

Payment Due

  • Payment due for the number of days established each week regardless of illness/absence/holiday/emergency closing.

Withdrawal

  • Requires a 2 week written notice; you will be responsible for 2 weeks of payments after withdrawal letter is received (a position will not be held for children who have withdrawn)
